Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure product safety and quality.
Returns
We accept return or replacement requests only within 24 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unopened
- The product must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase and unboxing proof may be required

Damaged, Wrong, or Leaked Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is damaged
- The product leaked during transit
- You received the wrong product
We may ask for clear photos/videos for verification.
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
As honey is a food product, opened or used jars/bottles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
We also do not accept returns for:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Customized or special orders
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
After inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding refund approval.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- COD refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Natural Honey Disclaimer
Pure honey may naturally crystallize or slightly change color over time. This is a natural property of raw honey and not a product defect.
